We know that being away from school is very difficult for many of our children who are missing their teachers, their friends and their usual routine. This page provides some suggestions about websites and resources that you might find helpful if you are worried about your child's wellbeing. We have also shared some resources that you can use to help answer your children's questions, give them an opportunity to express themselves or just provide a bit of a 'brain break' when home learning all gets too much.
Please remember that you are not alone in this and even though your child may be learning at home, they are still part of our English Martyrs community and we are here for them. If you have worries about your child, we are only at the other end of the phone or email so please do get in touch with your child's class teacher or the school's Senior Leadership Team and we will do all we can to support.
Useful websites for parents and carers
The following are a list of websites that can provide suggestions for support if you are concerned about your child's wellbeing during the lockdown. This is not an exhaustive list though, so if you also come across something that you find useful please let us know so that we can share with our school community.
